This stately mansion offers three charming guestrooms that are beautifully appointed with antiques and oriental rugs. Each uniquely decorated suite is equipped with private bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, soft, fluffy robes and blow dryers.  There are TVs with VCRs and DVD players in each room for your enjoyment, and a nice selection of books, magazines and videos is available for your use. In the summer, the mansion has central air-conditioning for quiet comfort, and in the winter several fireplaces offer cozy warmth. A complimentary beverage, desert or cracker and cheese platter is offered upon arrival.

SENECA ROOM

Experience this large, brightly colored room with a king size oak bed, decorated with oriental rugs, solid oak furniture and fresh cut flowers for that special touch. Glance out your windows and enjoy the beautiful view, overlooking the Oneida River. This upscale room also features a large private bathroom with a two-person whirlpool tub and separate shower. In room TV-VCR for your use.

OSWEGO ROOM

This smaller, but delightful room has a queen antique bed with a dreamy pillow top mattress. Nicely decorated with antiques, this room is perfectly priced for a spontaneous weekend getaway or for the weekday business traveler. A large private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower is attached. There is a TV and DVD unit in the room for your enjoyment. Priced at $139.00 per night.

Cooking Demonstrations
Want to join in on the cooking fun? River Edge hosts Anne and Cindy invite you to join them in the kitchen while they prepare your meal. Be prepared to lend a hand and learn some tricks of the trade. Options include pairing wine with foods, baking bread, Asian fare, gingerbread house making and cooking with herbs. Or come up with your own menu ideas. Spend a weekend cooking, baking, eating and making new friends (or bring old ones along with you) and leave the shopping and cleanup to us. Cost is $125 per couple in addition to room rate.
